At 16:00 on April 14, 2026, H.E. IBRAHIMA SORY DIALLO, Secretary-General of the Administration et Contrôle des Grands Projets (ACGP) of Guinea, led a technical delegation to visit the construction site of Teaching Building No. 3 at the Sonfonia University project undertaken by our company.

Mr. Li Wei, General Manager of CBITEC’s Guinea Branch, together with Mr. Shi Chenglin, Project Manager of the Sonfonia University Project, introduced to H.E. DIALLO and the delegation the overall master plan of Sonfonia University, the construction progress of Teaching Building No. 3, as well as plans for interior finishing, construction materials, classroom seating configuration, elevators, and fire protection systems.

H.E. DIALLO and dozens of delegation members ascended Teaching Building No. 3, frequently inquiring about structural components such as foundations, columns, walls, beams, and floor slabs. They highly commended the international technical standards implemented by our company. Upon learning that the topping-out of Teaching Building No. 3 is scheduled for mid-May this year, H.E. DIALLO praised CBITEC’s contract performance capabilities and expressed appreciation for CBITEC’s contribution to delivering high-quality, forward-looking educational infrastructure in Guinea. He emphasized that modern educational facilities are a key achievement of Guinea’s development. Members of the delegation also remarked that CBITEC enjoys an excellent reputation, being not only a participant in Guinea’s development but also a witness to its rapid progress, and expressed strong anticipation for the successful completion of Teaching Building No. 3 at Sonfonia University.

The Administration et Contrôle des Grands Projets (ACGP) is an institution directly under the Presidency of Guinea. As a governmental public supervision body, ACGP is responsible for the initiation, construction supervision, and acceptance of major national projects across Guinea. This visit aims to highlight ACGP’s functional role and responsibilities within the “SIMANDOU 2040 Vision Plan,” and to demonstrate the Guinean government’s commitment and determination in advancing educational infrastructure development.
